Tyler Fencl joined Legacy in 2024 as a Customer Service Assistant. He can often be found at the front desk greeting visitors and answering the phone with a smile, but is also a valuable asset to the team and assists with projects across multiple departments. Tyler will be enrolling at Carroll University to complete a bachelors of arts in Spanish, though he plans to further his education with an additional degree in finance or business administration. Prior to joining our team, Tyler served in various customer service capacities for 6 years within the Aurora Healthcare system. 

Outside of work, Tyler has been an active member of his academic community, serving as an Alumni Ambassador and a member of the alumni board for Carroll University, as well as being a nursing peer mentor for several years. He is in the process of relocating to the Fox Valley with his cat, Felix. In his free time, Tyler enjoys swimming, knitting, spending time with friends and family, and is currently learning to play ukulele.
