Sierra holds a Master of Science in Business Management from Queen’s University Belfast in the United Kingdom and a Bachelor of Science in Equestrian Science from William Woods University. With strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, she brings a thoughtful and proactive approach to supporting clients and internal teams in a dynamic fiduciary environment.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and outdoor activities such as camping, kayaking, hiking, and boating.
