Nikki Matula serves as an Estate Settlement Coordinator at Legacy Private Trust Company, bringing over two decades of experience in accounting and office management. In her role, she provides dedicated support to Legacy’s Estate Settlement Unit (ESU), working closely with Trust Tax and Administrative Officers to manage and settle complex estates and trusts. With a strong foundation in financial operations, Nikki ensures the accurate, efficient, and timely coordination of internal and external information to support the prompt administration of estates. She is known for her attention to detail, clear communication, and ability to navigate technical challenges confidently.

A graduate of Northern Michigan University with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Nikki thrives on the unique challenges each estate presents, finding energy and motivation in solving problems. Outside work, she enjoys traveling, embracing the country lifestyle in Oshkosh, and spending time with her family. Nikki often visits her hometown of Marquette, Michigan, and takes pride in being a strong role model for her daughter.
