Kristine Groell brings a dynamic background in business development, data analytics, and educational leadership to her role as Corporate Support Services Associate at Legacy Private Trust Company. In this role, Kristine collaborates with teams across Operations, Administration, Investments, Estate Settlement, and Corporate functions to support process improvement and cross-functional alignment.

Before joining Legacy, Kristine held several leadership roles at Fox Valley Technical College (FVTC), including Specialist in Research and Reporting, Account Manager, and Adjunct Instructor. She led data reporting for state and federal compliance, collaborated on multi-million-dollar grants, and supported workforce innovation through employer partnerships and strategic training initiatives.

Kristine holds a Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Development from Lakeland University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from UW–Stevens Point, where she graduated cum laude. A graduate of the Leadership Fox Cities Class of 2024, she is passionate about continuous learning, collaboration, and creating positive organizational impact.

A lifelong resident of Neenah, Wisconsin, Kristine and her family enjoy spending their time outdoors and are active supporters of local natural resource conservation efforts.
